Sunday, March 18, 2012, at Evans Hall on the Connecticut College Campus.

Instrumentalists up to age 24 are pre-screened by CD. The finalists compete in front of judges who make their decision while the audience takes an intermission for refreshments.

First prize:
Cash award of $3,000 and a possible solo appearance with the ECSO

Second prize:
Cash award of $1,500

Third prize:
Cash award of $750
