Toshi Shimada accompanied by our September 25^th marimba soloist, Naoko Takada, will present a musical hors d'oeuvre at noon on Friday, September 24^th, in downtown New London.  Bring or buy your lunch and be entertained while you eat.  You'll get a taste of our opening concert the following day at the Garde Arts Center at 8 PM! 

The ECSO celebrates the work of 4 award winning women composers this season. These amazing short works for orchestra exemplify this season's theme of "Surround Sound."
